TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SCHEDULING EUTHANASIA APPOINTMENTS:

Many people have no questions about our services and appreciate the ability to schedule a home euthanasia for their pet on-line, without a phone call first. You are always welcome to a no-charge phone consultation with us before scheduling a home euthanasia appointment, and in some cases this is required (see below). Euthanasia appointments will be charged at the time of booking, so please pay attention to the terms and conditions, as you will be asked to agree to them in the booking process. To schedule a home euthanasia here the following terms and conditions must be met:
    • We ask you to read the short description of “What to Expect When the Veterinarian Arrives for my Appointment” before booking—It will help you be prepared for your appointment
•If you plan to use pet insurance please note that they may not cover any of our fees. We absolutely can not provide any additional paperwork, modified receipts, or special communication on your behalf to any third parties, including insurance companies
    • If you have ANY questions regarding your pet’s need for euthanasia or our services, you can not schedule a home euthanasia without having a phone consultation first.
    • If your pet has been known to bite, or is at risk of biting someone during the appointment, you cannot schedule a home euthanasia without having a phone consultation first.
    • If your pet is having an emergency you should take them to an emergency clinic instead of scheduling here.
    • If your pet has bitten or scratched anyone in the 10 days prior to euthanasia, by law (a rabies precaution) you cannot schedule here. If your pet has bitten or scratched anyone, including on the day of euthanasia, euthanasia will be cancelled.
    • If you are euthanizing your pet for any other reason other than pain or suffering, you should instead take them to your regular veterinarian and cannot schedule a home euthanasia here.
    • You must be within the Michigan counties of Ingham, Eaton, Clinton, Livingston and Shiawassee, or the small area of Genesee county that lies both south of I69 and west of I75, in order to schedule an appointment. If you do not live within these areas and schedule anyway, we have no choice other than to cancel your appointment.
    • If any of the above terms and conditions are not met and you book an appointment anyway, we may cancel your appointment before or upon arrival. Appointments cancelled for any reason are subject to our cancellation policy.

CREDIT CARD DISPUTES AND CHARGE- BACKS:

All of our services are paid by credit card. Unfortunately, there are unscrupulous people who make a habit of filing credit card disputes. Businesses are charged a dispute fee whether the customer wins their dispute or not.
So that we do not have to pass on the cost of frivolous disputes to all of our customers, we will hold the customer filing the fraudulent dispute responsible for all related fees, including an $85.00 administration fee and all collection costs.
